Drop Policy

Once you are registered for a class, you will be enrolled in our program until Pella Gymnastics receives a completed Class Drop Form for your gymnast. Drop forms must be received at least 5 days prior to the 1st of the month you wish to drop. At that time, you will be un-enrolled from your class and will no longer be charged tuition. Tuition charges are based on enrollment, not attendance. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Class drop forms can be found in person at Pella Gymnastics or online at pella-gymnastics.com (https://forms.wix.com/f/7187570798004011902) By registering your gymnast in a class at Pella Gymnastics, you acknowledge that a Class Drop Form is required 5 days prior to the start of the month for un-enrollment. Tuition will be charged until the required notice of a dropped class is given to Pella Gymnastics. Please note that every customer is required to pay an Annual Registration Fee of $30.00 per gymnast. This is an automatic charge that occurs once (1) per year and will continue until the purchaser cancels it. Pella Gymnastics is not responsible for any charges caused after classes are dropped if the customer did not cancel the subscription.
